Cumberland Cane Corsos

I’m Kayla — a lifelong animal lover with a deep passion for Cane Corsos, animal behavior, and responsible breeding. My background in animal science, psychology, and years of working with powerful breeds like Corsos, Presa Canarios, and American Bullies shaped my understanding of what it takes to raise stable, confident dogs. I also spent years as Vice President of a 504 Mastiff rescue, which taught me the importance of ethical breeding, clear communication, and supporting families long term — values I carry into every litter.

Today, I work in Airbnb consulting, which gives me the freedom to dedicate real time to raising puppies the right way. We breed rarely and with purpose — never for profit, always for Cane Corso quality, temperament, and preservation. When we have a litter, it’s because we’ve intentionally planned it and adjusted our entire home around giving the puppies the best possible start.

I’m also a mom of four teenagers and run a lively household full of love, structure, and daily socialization for the puppies. Honesty and communication are at the core of everything I do, and my goal is simple: to raise healthy, intelligent, well-balanced Cane Corso puppies who are prepared for life — and who will always have a home here, no matter how old they are.

My name is Kayla Meadors and I live in Williamsburg, KY

 — a lifelong animal lover with a deep passion for animal behavior, psychology, and responsible, ethical breeding. My background blends veterinary interests, animal science, business, real estate, and project management, and today I work in Airbnb consulting, which gives me the flexibility to devote real time and attention to raising each litter the way they deserve.

I’ve spent years working with large, powerful breeds such as Cane Corsos, Presa Canarios, and American Bullies. I also served as the Vice President of a 504 Mastiff rescue for several years, which taught me the importance of strong breeder contracts and maintaining genuine, ongoing relationships with the families my puppies go to. Because of that experience, every puppy I raise always has a home here — even if they’re old and grey. They will never be without a place to land.

We do not breed for money. We breed for Cane Corso breed conservation, correct temperament, and long-term quality. We don’t breed often, and when we do, it’s because the pairing is meaningful, intentional, and worth bringing into the world. If you see puppies available, it means we’ve adjusted our entire household and schedule to give them our full attention.

Honesty and communication are core values in our program. We are transparent about everything — health, temperament, expectations, pricing, and the realities of raising a working breed. We believe families deserve all the information upfront so they can make the best long-term decision for themselves and their puppy.

In the middle of it all, I run a busy home with four teenagers who love giving the puppies extra attention, enrichment, and gentle daily handling. It’s a lively, real-world family environment, which helps shape confident, social, well-adjusted puppies from the very beginning.

Breeding isn’t a business to me; it’s a personal mission. My goal is to raise intelligent, healthy, stable puppies who are prepared to thrive — whether as devoted family companions, working dogs, or both. Every litter is raised with intention, structure, and an enormous amount of love, and each puppy is cared for as if they were staying with us permanently.

If you choose a puppy from us, you’re not just getting exceptional genetics — you’re getting a puppy raised in a real home by someone dedicated to their lifelong wellbeing and to the preservation of this incredible breed.
